Casey Named Among Best Lawyers in America

(Wheeling, W. Va.) – Patrick Casey has been selected once again by his peers for inclusion in the in the 28th Edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of health care law, medical malpractice defense, personal injury defense and professional malpractice defense.

“To receive this honor again is very humbling,” said Patrick Casey, Managing Member of Casey & Chapman, PLLC. “This award is important since it is really a recognition for our entire staff.”  Mr. Casey is a 1983 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law.

Mr. Casey focuses his practice in the areas of health care, medical and professional malpractice litigation, general litigation, trial and appellate work. He has represented numerous clients in multiple state and federal courts in West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio. He has tried numerous cases to verdict including in the areas of medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, sexual harassment and products liability on both the defense and plaintiff sides.
