Defense Verdict Obtained in Medical Malpractice Trial

Casey & Chapman, PLLC, successfully obtained a defense verdict on behalf of their client in a medical malpractice trial in Ohio County, West Virginia.  The medical malpractice action included claims that the defendant health care facility failed to appropriately assess a patient.  The defense maintained that the defendant health care facility was not negligent.  Following a four-day trial, the jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of defendant.
