Defense Verdict Obtained in Medical Malpractice Trial (Harrison Co)

Attorneys Patrick S. Casey and Ryan P. Orth of Casey & Chapman, PLLC, successfully obtained a defense verdict on behalf of their client in a medical malpractice trial in Harrison County, West Virginia.  The medical malpractice action included claims that the defendant radiologist failed to appropriately interpret breast imaging.  The defense maintained that the defendant radiologist had met the applicable standard of care.  Following a six-day trial, the jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of defendant.
