Summary Judgment Granted; Settlement Obtained in Estate Matter

Attorneys Patrick S. Casey, Sandra M. Chapman, and Ryan P. Orth of Casey & Chapman, PLLC, successfully obtained summary judgment in a will contest/estate matter on behalf of six individuals, the executor of the estate, and the estate. The Court granted the Defendants’ summary judgment motion upholding the validity of the will, finding that the decedent possessed the necessary testamentary capacity and was not the subject of any undue influence. Following summary judgment, the remaining claims were resolved favorably.
